Seth and I took a mini-vacation to Lexington this
past weekend. We finally got to meet baby Ben!
He's a cutie :) We babysat the first day and it went
pretty well - maybe I can do this someday :)
Taking care of a baby does wear you out.
We walked the grounds at Ashland on one of the
nice weather days. Unfortunately Lexington had
crazy rain storms for two of our days down there.
But the other days were beautiful.
Seth and I got to go inside Rupp Arena - it was cool.
We watched about 8 hours of Derby coverage on the
day of the Kentucky Derby. Lianne made us "Hot Brown",
mint juleps (mine was made with Fresca instead of bourbon :)),
and Derby pie. It was all very yummy!
I'll post a few more pictures once I get them from
Mike and Lianne :) It was a fun trip - I like Kentucky :)

you were totally half way to me! I'm glad you had a good trip. I'm hoping to come to Iowa in June... I miss you!

AMY - You look sooooo cute!!! :) I can't wait to see you this weekend! And you and Seth will be great parents...and I'm very excited to see Seth with the girls. I still think he may need to practice changing at least 1 diaper. :) I'm offering a valuable lesson for free!!! :)
