So I made a turkey and it turned out beautifully. And now I have to figure out what to do with my tupperware full of leftovers.

You can make that tetrazini with the leftovers....if you'd call me back and get the recipe..................
Amy! There's an awesome recipe in the Nov. (I think) Taste of Home for this pasta using leftover turkey ... I made it for Mike and I and we loved it! Call me for more details. :)
